Rationale: The 12-page experiential zine employs a diverse range of mixed-media art techniques to craft richly textured visuals, utilizing tools such as digital painting, markers, watercolor, print and scan, and clipping, among others. This eclectic approach not only enhances the visual appeal but also deepens the narrative layers.

Toy Story, known for its dark humor and subtle commentary on societal issues, serves as a thematic foundation for this zine. Building on this legacy, the zine amplifies the underlying tone of the franchise, exploring complex themes with a modern twist.

Beneath the surface of vibrant colors and playful aesthetics lies a stark contrast—each character's backstory subtly addresses contemporary mental fears and anxieties. This duality invites audiences to engage on a deeper emotional level, fostering a connection that transcends the visual experience. Through this interplay of light and shadow, the zine not only entertains but also provokes thought, encouraging viewers to reflect on the intricacies of modern life.
